Chicken S-O-U-P

HYCCT Challenge Dated October 23rd - Chicken S-O-U-P

The challenge was to use a chicken (hens and roosters counted) on the card and elements that spelled SOUP.  I don't own any stamps with chickens, hens or roosters so I decided a card in the shape of a chicken would be the way to go.

The elements I used that spelled soup are:
S - Scallop Heart Framelits Die
O - Overlay (the polka dot layer is acetate over the white card stock)
U - Upside down heart
P - Pearls (black pearls for the eyes)

No stamps or ink used to create this card.  What do you think of my Chicken S-O-U-P?

Supplies Used:
Paper: Whisper White, Ruby Red, Yoyo Yellow, Night & Day DSP (acetate sheet)
Accessories:  Scallop Framelits Heart Die, Full Heart Punch, Heart to Heart Punch, Black Pearls, Mini Glue Dots

  6. I saw this on Pinterest, and just HAD to make one for our eldest daughter for Valentine's Day. So clever and creative - thanks for the idea. I won't be posting it on my blog until closer to Valentine's Day, but I wanted to thank you for the idea.
    Cheers
