Chalkboard Technique Birthday Banner

The second challenge for the March AOCC was to get back to basics and create a card using black and white.  I struggled with this challenge but, I guess that's why it's called a "challenge".  I guess I took the easy way out by creating a card using the chalkboard technique.

Stamps:  Hearts a Flutter, Happiest Birthday Wishes
Paper:  Whisper White, Black
Ink:  Versa Mark, Craft White
Accessories:  White Embossing Powder, Bakers Twine, Rhinestones, Crystal Effects, White Pencil, Ruler
