Bright Banners

 

I saw this card created by Karen Barber and knew I had to recreate it.  The only thing I really changed was the color of card stock since I wanted to use some of my discontinued card stock.

Accessories:  Banner Punch, Orange Bakers Twine, Crop-a-dile, Frost White Shimmer Mist, Mini Glue Dots
