Warm Wishes

I saw this cute stamp set at WalMart and just had to get it. The stamps are clear polymer and there were about 6 stamps in the set and for less than $3.00 I had to have it. I will be using this as a Christmas card but the images aren't necessarily just for the holidays. Since I didn't use the traditional Christmas colors, this card could be used for almost any occasion.

Simply Sent Card Kits

I had never tried Stampin' Up's Simply Sent card kits and since I never seem to have enough time to stamp I thought I would try one of the kits to see if I would like it. Everything you need to create several cards comes in the kit except adhesive and a paper cutter (you don't need to use any stamps). For adhesive I like to use double sided tape, but you can use glue sticks, SNAIL adhesive, glue pens, etc. The kit comes with instructions to create the cards and you can add your own elements if you want. It was easy to create the cards but to be honest I really enjoy the stamping part of card making. I did like how the cards turned out and for a quick project it was great.
