Just buzzin' by to say....Happy Mother's Day!
I have a sister that has bees and honey pots for her kitchen decor. I thought this would be the perfect card for her. I know that she loves this stamp set because when she saw it on my stamp table she wanted to know where I got it, how long I've had it and if it is still available. If Stampin' Up retires the set I'll pass it on to her, I know she'll appreciate it.
Supplies Used: Paper: Very Vanilla, Barely Banana, Bashful Blue, SU Delicate Dots DSP; Ink: Basic Brown, Bashful Blue, Barely Banana, More Mustard, Creamy Caramel; Stamps: Just Buzzin' By; Other: Circle Punches, Dew Drops, Stickles, Dimensionals

Another Easter "Step" Card
Now that I have a "step" card to give to my youngest sister I had to make one for another sister that was here stamping with us. She will love this card and since we are all having Easter dinner at her home this year I had to make her a special card too. It really didn't take me long to create the grass effect. The most time consuming thing was cutting out the chicks and around the bunnies.
Supplies Used: Paper: Whisper White, Certainly Celery and Old Olive; Ink: Palette Noir Black, Basic Brown, Bashful Blue, Certainly Celery, Old Olive, Pixie Pink, Various Markers; Stamps: Spring Gifts, Branch Out; Other: liquid applique, sponges, paper snips

Bunny Friends Step Card
My sisters were here and we had an afternoon of stamping. My youngest sister saw a "step" card and wanted to know how they were made. Needless to say I had to make her an Easter "step" card. I love this Penny Black stamp called Bunny Friends and I thought it would make a great step card. I found inspiration from other cards I had seen and I love how this card turned out.
Supplies Used: Paper: Whisper White, Chocolate Chip, Certainly Celery, Pretty in Pink, Pixie Pink, Rose Red and Barely Banana; Ink: Palette Noir Black, SU Basic Brown, Certainly Celery, Old Olive, Pretty in Pink, Bashful and various markers; Stamps: SU's Lovely as a Tree and Penny Black's Bunny Friends; Other: Various Flower Punches, liquid applique, brads, sponges, dotted ribbon.

Baby Card
A co-worker of mine and his wife recently adopted a baby boy. He was able to take 6 weeks paid leave from work and also gets financial help with legal fees from our employer. He just returned to work this week and we all put in money towards a gift card to Toys-R-Us/Babies-R-Us and this was the card we presented to him with the gift card. I think he was very surprised that we would do something like that for him, his wife and their new son. I love how this card turned out. I have used this layout on cards before as I like to use various background papers and this layout allows for multiple background papers.
Supplies Used: Paper: Whisper White, Bashful Blue, Wild Wasabi, SU Delicate Dots DSP; Ink: Palette Noir Black, Bashful Blue, Green Galore; Stamps: Little Hellos, Goody-Goody Gumdrops; Other: Ticket Corner Punch, Blue Floss, Button, Dimensionals
