Vintage Victorian

Here is another card for the Hope You Can Cling To challenges on Splitcoast Stampers. The challenge was to create a vintage looking card and if you used pink, even better. I think these ornaments look very vintage Victorian. The smaller ornaments were inked with regal rose and then off stamped to achieve a softer color. The large center ornament was stamped with pretty in pink and spritzed with frost white shimmer mist to give it a soft glow and then added to the panel with dimensionals. The pink rhinestone on the small ornament was centered on the flower image and I think it brings some balance to the panel since it helps to keeps the eye moving instead of focusing on the ribbon and lace. I love the look of the lace over the gathered ribbon.

Supplies Used: Paper: Whisper White, Pink Pirouette, Pretty in Pink, Regal Rose; Ink: Pretty in Pink, Regal Rose, Early Espresso; Stamps: Tree Trimmings, Holidays & Wishes; Other: Fairy Tale Ribbon Originals, Lace Trim, Pink Rhinestone Brad, Frost White Shimmer Mist, Textile Embossing Folder, Dimensionals
